Description
WG4 will plan, design, develop and organise the training events, workshops on human development activities required for the network.

Tasks
- Define the needs and priorities in training and human career development for both consolidated and early career stage members.
- Horizon scan, plan and implement the training plan for the network.
- Define the focus for the annual training for gene editing and stem cells & organoids after annual survey launch and analysis.
- Organise the network annual training workshop in gene editing, stem cells and organoids.
- Organise virtual lectures from experts in gene editing, stem cells and organoids.
- Organise training schools for IP management and ethical regulations/ awareness building.
- Organise the short term scientific missions
Activities
- Continuous communication through the Network forum and e-mailing list.
- Teleconference meeting in Q2, Q4, Q6, Q8, Q10, Q12, Q14 & Q15 to summarise and implement tasks among the working group.
- Participation and presentation of results in annual symposium (Q4, Q8, Q12 and Q16)

- Annual gene editing network training workshop & report
- Annual stem cells and organoids training schools and workshops
- Comprehensive list of procedures trained with associated protocols, reagents, pipelines and QC tests ready to be uploaded to the network webpage (Q4, Q8, Q12 and Q16)
- Minutes for WG4 meeting Q2,Q4,Q6,Q8,Q10,Q12,Q14 & Q15
