European University Initiative (EUTOPIA) week took place from 4 to 6 December 2023 at the Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), Dresden, Germany.

Among the different aspects covered, during the EUTOPIA Research Infrastructures Cooperation Symposium, Interinstitutional/European Research Infrastrutures Networks were presented and discussed, including an hybrid talk given by CorEuStem members, Dr. Inês Figueira (NOVA University Lisbon) and Dr. Katrin Newmann (TUD) entitled “CorEuStem COST Action and the Future of Stem Cell Research in Europe

Last weekend, on 9-10 September, it took place the first edition of CorEuStem hands-on iPSC training school at Erasmus Medical Center, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 23 – 24 August 2023 Gene-editors from the CorEuStem network gathered for two days, discussing post-edit quality controls and molecular karyotyping cut-off strategies. The meeting took place at the Lund Stem Cell Centre, thanks to the organising skills of the CAGT team and WG2.
