Last October 9th the core group of CorEuStem COST Action got together in Riga, Latvia. Hosted by Professor Una Riekstina, WG4 co-leader, the meeting covered the sustainability of the Core Facilities Network to upcoming years, upcoming activities and manuscripts planned for the last year of the Action, and potential grant applications for the future.

COST Actions are bottom-up networks with a duration of four years that boost research, innovation and careers.
The COST Action CorEuStem will be comprised of European core facilities that are experts in stem cell biology, differentiation, organoids and gene editing technologies with the aim of developing an efficient and effective consortium for harmonizing procedures and protocols across Europe and beyond.
